The Challenge

Become a strategic partner to MOVISTAR LATAM by delivering results and achieving good performance focusing on sales.
Through these results our objective is to expand and start working with different countries in LATAM.
Our business model is transparent and one where we take all the risks, not the client. We charge a set amount for each lead/sale, if the client does not succeed, we do not profit either.

The Approach

What defines our approach:

● 100% focus on performance. Starting from competitor and market research, website and art
development, all the way to campaign structure and channel strategy, every action we take is geared toward maximizing performance.
● Daily analysis. With little margin for error, we continuously identify flaws, anticipate setbacks, and seek ways to improve on a daily basis.
● In-house creative department. This allows us to address challenges quickly, be more agile and efficient in making necessary changes, which is often the case with this type of client (offers change frequently).

We analyze our pieces and adapt new ones based on the best results.

The Results

We have exceeded client expectations in both volume and quality, outperforming other partners and competitors.
These positive results have led to an increase in volume and improved conditions in our business model. For example, we have seen an increase in the amount payable for each lead (CPL).
